SIMAD University works with selected international universities to deliver collaborative academic programs that expand learning opportunities and connect students with shared expertise.

The OUM Programs are delivered through a partnership between the SIMAD Graduate School and Open University Malaysia (OUM). The collaboration enables students to pursue advanced degrees through a dual-degree framework supported by both institutions. The programs are hosted and coordinated by the SIMAD Graduate School, combining SIMAD’s academic environment with the international experience and program structure of Open University Malaysia. Students enrolled in these programs follow an approved curriculum and graduate with qualifications recognized by the partner institutions.
